The other day I did my biannual 'buy something you have no idea about but kind of looks good' shopping trip at JB Hi-Fi and I came across a CD entitled Swing Party presented by none other than Bart & Baker the French remixing DJs that have the following of people such as Dita Von Teese, Marc Jacobs and Max Raabe. No kidding. Their sound totally rocks. They take old fashioned swing and jazz, stick bopping beats and thick bass behind them and create frivolous tracks to get you jiving in your chair whilst driving down to the shore for a soiree amongst deck chairs and fake lawn.
